Terms and Conditions

Payment: I require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book any custom order. The remaining payment will need to be paid prior to picking up.

Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable because I do have to purchase cute cutters, perfect packaging, and spectacular sprinkles in advance. However, I do understand there are various reasons that canceling or rescheduling may be necessary. In the event that you need to cancel, please let me know 2 weeks prior to the pick up date so that we can hold the deposit and use it towards a future order. If given less than 2 weeks notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Rescheduling is an option as long as I have the availability.

Inspiration: I love inspirational photos, but please note that they’re just that – inspiring! I never guarantee exact replicas of another baker’s work. Designs and icing colors may vary. I’ll do my best to match the requested colors, but cannot guarantee a perfect match.

Cookie Care: Keep cookies out of direct sunlight, out of the fridge, and on a dry surface. Once cookies have been picked up, I’m not responsible for anything that happens to them.

Cottage Food Laws: While we fully adhere to the requirements set by the TDA, our products are made in a home kitchen. Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, or gluten free.
